Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Torque Tail (torquetail.com) respects the intellectual
property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In line with the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, Torque Tail will respond
promptly to claims of copyright infringement on our website (the "Site") when
such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Reporting Copyright Infringements
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a manner that constitutes
copyright infringement, please contact our Designated Copyright Agent with the
following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its
location on the Site.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled in error, you may
submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the
following:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the
location where it appeared before being removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief
the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and
email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in
your district (or any district where Torque Tail can be found, if outside the
U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the
original DMCA notification or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
In compliance with the DMCA and applicable laws, Torque Tail has adopted a
policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be
repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site and/or terminate
accounts of any users who infringe others' intellectual property rights, even if
there is no repeat infringement.
Modifications to Policy
Torque Tail reserves the right to modify, alter, or update this policy at any
time. Changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the Site.
