2027 Ford Maverick Adds a Bronze Appearance Package
Ford is expanding its bronze styling treatment to the 2027 Maverick XLT and Lariat, alongside several other trim and powertrain changes.
Bronze styling reaches the Maverick
For the 2027 model year, Ford plans to offer its Bronze Appearance Package on the Maverick XLT with the 301A equipment group and the Lariat with the 501A equipment group, according to sources familiar with the matter.
The package combines Sinister Bronze graphics on the lower doors and tailgate with a matching fender badge. It also includes a black-painted grille and roof, plus 19-inch Sinister Bronze painted wheels. Both trims receive black interior accents.
The XLT package includes LED taillamps and Unique Black cloth seats. The Lariat uses Unique Black ActiveX-trimmed seats instead. The supplied image shows a Ford Maverick for general reference, not the Bronze Appearance Package.
Pricing and availability remain open
Ford had not disclosed pricing for the Bronze Appearance Package as of September 19, 2026, and package photos were not yet available. The Bronze Appearance Package cannot be combined with the Maverick's Black Appearance Package.
Buyers seeking only bronze wheels can instead choose a standalone set from Ford Racing Parts. The 20-inch wheels are eight inches wide, use a 47.5-millimeter offset, and retail for $1,350.
Other 2027 Maverick changes
The Bronze package arrives alongside broader updates to the Maverick range. The base XL will no longer offer the 2.0-liter four-cylinder EcoBoost engine, leaving the hybrid powertrain as its only engine choice. That trim is also subject to significant price cuts.
The SecuriCode keypad returns as a factory-installed option, while the Tremor's exclusive graphics become optional extras. Ford is also making major changes to the availability of the FX4 Off-Road Package.
